Outside of the Subscription packages, I do not charge by the hour or a day rate, instead each job is priced on an individual basis to ensure a personalised estimate is provided. Below are some guideline prices for common jobs, and discounts can be applied where multiple jobs are booked for one location. Please utilise the enquiry form above if you would like to discuss a quote. 

• Key Safe Installation - From £140 (including Police rated key safe such as Supra C500 Pro key safe)

• Shower/bath reseal - £120

• Toilet flush repair - £90

• Door handle repair/replacement - £60

• Shelf hanging - £40

• Picture hanging - £40

• Blind installation - £60

• Curtain pole installation - £60

• Furniture build - From £75
