Handyman On-Call Hours Subscription

These packages can be utilised for a set number of hours per month, to undertake any jobs required. 

Bronze: 1 hour/month £30 per month

Silver: 2 hours/month £55 per month

Gold: 4 hours/month £100 per month

(Unused hours can be rolled over for up to 2 months)

Landlord Maintenance Subscription

A monthly service for landlords priced per property which includes:

• Monthly property checks

• Smoke/heat alarm battery check/replacement

• Minor repairs included

• Tenent call-outs at reduced rates

• End-of-tenancy touch-ups

• Inventory photos

From £20 per property per month

Call-outs charged at a discounted rate

Home Care & Maintenance Support Plan Subscription

A compassionate, community-focussed maintenance subscription, helping you live comfortably and independently with the right support.

• Monthly home visit

• Key Safe installations

• Replacing bulbs, batteries, smoke alarms

• Fixing trip hazards

• Minor repairs

• Help with small tasks (curtains/rails, furniture, etc)

• Will include a monthly report of activities completed to the person and designated next of kin, where appropriate

From £30 per month (parts not included)

Seasonal Preparation Plan Subscription

A short-term subscription that runs for 3 consecutive months to prepare your garden and home for the coming season that includes but is not limited to: 

Winter Prep:

For example: Draught-proofing, outdoor light check, outdoor tap isolation.

Spring Refresh:

For example: Jet washing paving, garden repairs, fence painting, silicone refresh.
